Drawing on experience across corporate HR, HR technology providers, and both boutique and Tier 1 consulting firms, he brings a practical, end-to-end perspective on strategy, delivery, and operating model design. Kevin helps organizations strengthen digital HR capabilities, accelerate transformation, and deliver improvements in both business performance and employee experience. His expertise spans digital HR strategy and governance, operating model design, solution architecture, program planning, portfolio and program management, risk management, and building high-performing digital HR teams.
